  • HOW MUCH EXTRA TIME SHOULD I PLAN FOR?

    The driver can arrive 5 to 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time. Please be ready to avoid missing your appointment.

  • CAN I GET SAME DAY SERVICE?

    Certainly, we are a demand response service.
    We accomondate same-day in-town service. We have several wheelchair accessibility vans, at this time and we are scheduling for multiple vehicles and drivers.  Please call to plan a head for wheelchair accessibility transportation. 


  • IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

    The Ride Alone age limit is 4 years old.  However, for very young children they must be accompanied. Give us a call and we can go over our Child Rider Policy with you.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY CAREGIVER?

    Caregivers ride for free while escorting their patient but we do need to know if a caregiver will be riding to make sure we have proper seating available.

  • WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW LONG MY APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE?

    You are important to us, we will work hard to accommodate unforeseen and unavoidable delays.


  • CAN I SCHEDULE OUT OF TOWN MEDICAL TRIPS?

    Yes, please call a week or two in advance to plan for out of town medical appointments.  We have several drivers that we plan in advance for scheduled trip.  406-654-5301
